United Way of Albany County Emergency Funds are available through a grant application with the Wyoming Community Foundation.
If you are a nonprofit or government agency (including the school district) in Albany County, WY, and would like to apply to United Way for emergency funding,

UWAC Emergency Funding requirements:
- Must be a nonprofit or government agency (including the school district) operating in Albany County to be eligible.
- Emergency funds are granted based on emergency needs such as (but not limited to) natural disasters, unexpected costs, and lack of resources.
- You will need to create a login for the Wyoming Community Foundation (if you do not already have one) to submit a grant request for United Way Emergency funds.

Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP)
Information on EFSP is updated on a yearly basis
Applications accepted during January
The EFSP grants are federal funds from FEMA and administered by a local board with United Way of Albany County. The EFSP supplements and expands the ongoing work of local social service organizations, both nonprofit and governmental, to provide shelter, food, and supportive services to individuals, families, and households who are experiencing, or at risk of, hunger and/or homelessness.
