Job Announcement: Client Services Manager

Interfaith – Good Samaritan is a non-profit organization providing assistance to women, men and
children in emergency situations.

We are seeking a dynamic, committed Client Services Manager to work full-time under the
direction of the Executive Director. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading
and managing Interfaith-Good Samaritan’s Client Services. Salary: $30,000

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Social Work or other human services field plus 3-5 years of professional
experience in a nonprofit agency or similar organization, including some experience in budgeting
and finance.

Applicants should be goal-oriented, strategic-thinking, team-focused with experience in case
management best practices, organizational operations and budgeting/fiscal management. The
ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external partners is highly valued.
